I had a mixed experience with the Techway trading company. On one hand, their website techwaytrade.com was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, their customer service was lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. I hope they improve their customer service as it can make or break a shopping experience.
