The staff at ProDot at the Wazirpur office is very courteous and helpful. I reached at 6.50 PM, only 10 minutes before the office closes, for replacement of a keyboard but they dealt with me quite nicely and replaced the piece without any hassles. I appreciate the policies of ProDot and the conduct of its staff.
