A few years back I had a terrible experience in this store and swore I would never return. Today (10/21), I had to go back because I had no other alternatives. Today, I met Kale McDaniel, Band & Orchestra Sales. He restored my faith, not only in Amro Music's ability to hire good people, but in young people being professional and knowledgeable.
