Attorney Andrew Collins #24018 is the lawyer in charge of overseeing something my husband has personal and legal interest in. Upon calling Mr. Collins he declined answering any question(s) pertaining to the personal interest of the matter at hand. He was very unprofessional - resulting in being hung up on. Is it moral or legal to refuse to answer questions about a matter in which he is handling wherein a personal interest is vetted ? I will be filing the proper forms and documents and sending them to the NE bar association.
