I had a generally average experience with Universal Industrial Pdts INC. The delivery was on time and the products were of decent quality. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. There were times when I tried to reach out for assistance, but I received very generic and unhelpful responses. Overall, I would say they are just an average company.
