Universal appliances is an average company. Their products are mediocre and their customer service is below par. I had a really frustrating experience with a recent purchase. The delivery was delayed and when the appliance finally arrived, it had a dent in it. I called their customer service for a replacement, but they were extremely unhelpful and unresponsive. It took weeks to get it sorted out. Overall, I would not recommend Universal appliances.
