I've been a customer of Supernova for some time now and I have mixed feelings about their products. While they are not exceptional, they are also not terrible. The customer service is decent, but it can be improved. The prices are reasonable, but I've found better deals elsewhere. Overall, Supernova is an okay company, but there are better options out there.
