I recently purchased some vinyl flooring from Floor Decor. While the quality of the product itself was good, I was disappointed with the customer service. The website, floordecor.com.au, was easy to use, but I had issues with the delivery. It took longer than expected, and there wasn't much communication regarding the delay. Additionally, I faced difficulty in reaching out to their customer service team for assistance. The overall experience could have been better.
