I've been a loyal customer of GREAT IDEA for years now and I have to say that their service is average. The website is easy to use and they offer a wide range of products. However, their customer support could use some improvement. It takes them a while to respond to queries and sometimes the solutions provided are not satisfactory. Overall, an average experience.
