I recently had a project done with Ssg New York and it was an overall average experience. While their website was easy to navigate, I found their staff to be a bit unresponsive at times. The quality of their work was decent, but it did not exceed my expectations. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. However, they did complete the project within the given time frame, so overall it was an average experience.
