I had a mixed experience with Gassner gmbh. While their website gassner-gmbh.de is well-designed, I found their customer service lacking. The response time was slow, and they didn't seem very knowledgeable about their products. However, the quality of the product I purchased was good. It would be great if they could improve their customer support.
