My experience with Superblume was okay. The website was easy to use, but the flowers I received were not as fresh as I had hoped. Some of the blooms were already wilting when they arrived. However, the customer service team was responsive and offered a partial refund. While I appreciate their efforts to make it right, I expected better quality.
