Jensen, Howard E is an average company. The quality of their products and services is decent, but nothing extraordinary. I have been a customer for a while now and while they have never disappointed me, they have also never exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would recommend Jensen, Howard E for their reliability, but don't expect anything exceptional.
