I have been with Kemper Insurance for over 5 years...

I have been with Kemper Insurance for over 5 years now and I must say their service has always been average. The rates are reasonable, but nothing exceptional. The customer service team is responsive, but not always efficient. Overall, they get the job done, but there's definitely room for improvement.
