I had a mixed experience with DashLuxe. While their products are of good quality and their website is easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries and when they did, they didn't provide satisfactory answers. It's a shame because I really liked their products, but the poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.
