The banking services provided by Second Bancorp Inc. are average. I have been using their services for a few years now and they have been reliable. The online banking interface is user-friendly and I can easily manage my accounts. However, there have been a few instances where I encountered issues with their customer service. Overall, not the best but not the worst either.
