My experience with Rva Inc and their website hillcrestflorists.com was okay overall. The flower arrangement I ordered was delivered on time, but it didn't meet my expectations. The flowers looked a bit wilted and not as fresh as I had hoped. The customer service was responsive and offered a partial refund, which was nice. I would consider trying them again in the future, but I hope for a better experience next time.
