I had an average experience with Yosemite's Enchanted Forest Vacations. The customer service was alright and the accommodations were decent. However, I expected more from a vacation company that claims to provide an enchanting experience. The website, enchantedyosemite.com, looked promising, but the actual trip fell short of my expectations. Overall, it was an average vacation.
