I have been using the Rocky app for a while now and it has really helped me develop a growth mindset. The daily reflection exercises have been incredibly beneficial in self-awareness and self-improvement. The app is user-friendly and I appreciate that it doesn't overwhelm me with excessive notifications. The Rocky team has done a great job in creating this app and I highly recommend it.
