I was in the ER tonight. Triage at one to enter with my 10-year-old daughter who has been complaining of stomach pain for two months at 6. In one ward only one room she visited. Infinite time and disorganization, many complaints from everyone. Staff very medically trained and courteous but since the first time I came about a month ago always for the same problem and as per the report it says, in case of relapse enter urgently, I thought I would not have to stay in the emergency room until 11.30 this morning and that instead of a green code they could give a yellow code given my daughter's excruciating pain. Then children sleeping on the benches outside. I was also told that there was only one radiologist in the entire facility, so long waiting times due to a paradoxical situation. I reiterate medically and humanly truly prepared, but do not make the children wait all that time, organize yourself to open rooms and not let only a doctor work in a ward, put your staff in a position not to expose them to very just hesitations and frustrations from the parents. They don't deserve it. One or the other. A tip for the future.
