Firstly, google maps shows this place to be near MG road which is incorrect.

My relative who is a fresher was contacted by CSI to walkin with resume for interview. But upon arrival we were told that the interview cannot happen unless we agree to deposit original marks sheet with them for 6 months.
I understand that any company would like to retain employees and get some return on investments but this is not the right way.
Why should some one deposit originals even before interview and before any offer is in place? Also what is the garuantee that they will be returned after 6 months? What if the employee wants to quit within 6 months due to correct reasons? What if the company closes in a month?
We were told that this is the company policy.I urge the customers of this company to review the company's policy before allocating any projects.
