Amazing merchant, there has been numerous issues with shipping on some recent orders (completely not their fault, it's the courier company...if you're getting it shipped, I highly urge you to use Canada Post as your option) but they have gone above and beyond in trying to help me, including eating the cost of products/shipping problems caused by the courier company. I have been going to their physical store for years (about 20 years!) and have always received top notch customer service. I've done online orders a few times now because of covid ( ) and it has been great, every single time (I've done both curbside pickup and delivery). Great selection, good prices, fantastic customer service, I highly recommend this store.
