I've had a bunch of trainers and been a member at many gyms. I've stayed with CBF for about 5 years for several factors:

1) Staff is genuinely concerned about your health and goals - Both Scott and Dave are great trainers I work with
2) The smaller gyms allow me to create better relationships with the staff - this ultimately creates a better motivational environment for me
3) Not crowded, plenty of workout gear and machines so I'm not waiting around
4) Customized training plans that take into account your activities
5) Major focus on flexibility and balance (most trainers at other gyms just go for strength)
6) I've suffered from many sports injuries, having trainers that know your history, skill level, and the appropriate limits is key. They also have a great physical therapist Manny on site.
