I really enjoyed working with Dean. He is an excellent salesman who went above and beyond to secure me a vehicle. The finance manager was quick and moved through the paperwork process very efficiently. She explained all the details of the paperwork and even provided time for me to review it. The one drawback I came across was the failure of the team who details the cars. They did a horrible detailing the vehicle I purchased. They claimed one stain on the passenger seat and back seat could not come out. Their failure almost lost the sale because I was preparing to retract all the paperwork and leave the car there. However, Dean took it upon himself to detail the car. He scrubbed the stain on the seat and after the seat dried, the stain was gone. Everyone did an excellent job as far as my experience was concerned. However, one of your salesmen, and I'm not sure his name, was attempting to be shady in a deal by holding the keys to one of the vehicles that I was looking at. He claimed that someone was preparing to buy it. Bad business sense. Miraculously, the person changed their mind. Interesting. That in connection with the failure of the detail shop to thoroughly do their job is why the score is diminished to a 3. You are only as good as your weakest link. Best wishes on your success.
