I have been a customer of R 5-D 3 Electric Surplus for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. They have a good selection of products and their prices are reasonable, but their customer service could be improved. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response to my inquiries, and they could work on their communication skills. Overall, it's an okay experience.
