We had to go there twice, each time met and went beyond what I could have ever asked for. I took our dog there not knowing what was going on with Sammy. Of course it's a after hours vet with a long wait but every minute was worth it and it didnt take as long as they mentioned. They took great care of him and very detailed with his exam and explaining what was going on. Due to covid I wasn't allowed in which I understand, but I didn't feel like I wasn't in there the way they called numerous times. His results were bad. They gave me meds and options for his care. A little over a week and half later we were there again being I didn't want him to go anywhere else but to them. We ended up having to put him to sleep. They came out with a gurney and immediately took him back. With our decision already being very difficult they allowed me and my brother to go inside with Sammy and be by his side every step of the way. The way the staff treated us and our dog was very compassionate. They allowed us time with him and never rushed the procedure. Made sure all 3 of us were as comfortable as we could be. During the procedure they came in checked on all of us and did it in a manner that was very sincere. Softy walking in and closing the door gently. We felt like family during our time of need. I will forever be grateful for this place and the staff! If I could rate them 10+ stars I would but there are only 5.
