The Amersfoort Alliance is starting to behave more and more structurally like an organization from Orwell's 1984. Money to which you are entitled is not paid or is paid too late, complaints are not taken seriously and you don't even get the people with decision-making power on the phone. You can beg for reasonableness, but everyone hides behind the "procedures" that discourage any kind of humanity and stifle any initiative. If I could I would rent elsewhere, but that is the problem. You cannot and they behave accordingly. Isn't that just called abuse of power?
