I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lotte hotels and resorts and it was truly amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
