I recently had an average experience at this orthodontics practice. The website was user-friendly and provided helpful information about their services. The staff was courteous and professional, although not overly friendly or welcoming. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, but the wait time was longer than expected. The orthodontist was knowledgeable and answered my questions, but didn't go above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. The treatment itself was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The pricing was reasonable, but the lack of flexibility in payment options was a little disappointing. Overall, while this practice didn't exceed my expectations, it also didn't disappoint.
