I recently used Bluopal's consulting services and I found them to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate and provided information on their various services. However, I felt that the customer service was lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slower than expected and it took a bit of back-and-forth before my questions were adequately addressed. The consultants themselves were knowledgeable, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to provide personalized solutions. Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the higher side compared to other consulting firms in the market. Overall, while Bluopal provided a satisfactory service, I wasn't particularly impressed and feel that there might be better options available for consulting needs.
