I recently had an average experience with this company. 🤷‍♀️ The website was easy to navigate, but the overall service left much to be desired. The agents seemed knowledgeable, but lacked enthusiasm and personalized attention. 😐 The communication was average, with slow response times and a lack of proactive updates. 📧🕐 The market knowledge displayed was decent, although there were a few instances where I felt more research could have been done. 📈🔎 The transaction process was somewhat smooth, but there were a few hiccups along the way that could have been avoided with better organization and attention to detail. 📝💼 Overall, I would say this company is alright, but there are definitely improvements that could be made to provide a better customer experience. 😕💭
