I do not have time for B.S.
3 weeks in advance I made an appointment for an oil change. It was not easy anyways to set a time that I can do it with the availability of this place. But when I arrived, the waiting time goes for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Horrible experience. What is the purpose of an appointment when the management overbook or just don't really care about appointments just follow the line of a dozen of cars in line. Absolutely ridiculous. No respect.
