Once again an experience that exceeded my expectations. I traded my 18 GTI Autobahn I just purchased new from Keffer right of the showroom floor at end of January/beginning of February. The experience with my GTI purchase exceeded all expectations. My most recent 08/10/2019 I called an expressed interest in purchasing a new 19 Golf R to replace my 18 GTI Autobahn. Well they made it happen, not only did they get me the most for my GTI Autobahn, they discounted the Golf R and brought me an interest rate 3% lower than I had on my GTI. Once again exceeding all expectations I could have.

A special Thank You to Marlon (Sales) , Sean (Financing) , Jason (Service) and the Sales Manager (who I do not recall his name as I have misplaced his business card).

2 car purchases in 6 months, 3 service visits in 6 months and each and every time the team at Keffer continues to exceed m expectations !!!!!

Exceeded customer service expectations. Unique showroom floor, while be artistically stlyed with Volkswagen art pieces playing to Volkswagens history they managed to make the showroom elegant, modern and very up to date. Big factory in purchasing is always price "who has the best deal?" Well they did by a significant margin.

Back to the sales customer service, Marlin is they absolute best salesman I have ever worked with, completely focused on being 100% customer service centric. He will make sure you needs are met and even suggest things you didn't know or hadn't thought about. His product knowledge and attention to focusing on the customer as if helping out a family member shop for a car is unparralled by anyone at the other VW dealerships and other brand competitive dealerships local to the Charolete market.

The Sales Manager, The Finance manager, some of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of buying from. Truly 100% focused on meeting the needs of the customer. They actually make you feel comfortable while negotiating, no awkward attitudes, demeanor, nothing that in anyway makes you feel anything else than comfortable..

Do yourself a favor, new or used, shop this dealership, shop them last, shop them first, doesn't matter, if you do not shop this dealership "Keffer VW in Huntetsville" while in search of a vehicle you are doing yourself a disservice.
