I recently tried out a research software from a company called Dovetail, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The software had a very user-friendly interface and was quite intuitive to use. It helped me in organizing and analyzing my research data effectively. I was particularly impressed with the level of customer support provided by Dovetail. They were highly responsive to my queries and even went out of their way to assist me in customizing certain features to suit my research requirements. Thumbs up to Dovetail!
