I recently used their services for a cross-country move, and I found the experience to be satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate and provided clear information about their services. However, the communication with the customer service team could have been better. The movers were efficient and handled my belongings with care, but there were a few small damages to some of my items. Overall, the company provided an average level of service. 👍
