I've had a mixed experience with this property man...

I've had a mixed experience with this property management company. On one hand, their website is user-friendly and provides a good amount of information about the properties they manage. However, I found their customer service to be somewhat lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, it felt a bit impersonal. The maintenance of the property I rented was average - not exceptional, but not terrible either. Overall, I would say my experience with this company was average. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and property maintenance.
