I recently booked a hospitality package for an event through their website. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed quickly. However, I found the customer service to be average. The staff seemed a bit disinterested and didn't go out of their way to make my experience exceptional. The hospitality package itself was decent, but it didn't quite meet my expectations for the price I paid. Although the overall experience was satisfactory, I didn't feel like a valued customer. I would consider exploring other options for my future hospitality needs.
