👌 I had an average experience with Hydromat, Inc. The products are good but the customer service needs some improvement. The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable. I encountered some issues with the machine and it took longer than expected to get them resolved. However, once the issues were addressed, the machine worked fine. Overall, a decent experience but there is room for improvement. 👌
