All I want is for my refund to be fully Processed....

All I want is for my refund to be fully Processed...the new system is kicking back files from all School districts..I call almost everyday to check for updates nothing .somethimes you get rude people .I feel like crying it s so frustrating... I really need my file completed... This is very stressful not knowing what s going on and when you will be able to get any real updates...
