Horrible is an understatement!! -5 stars from my experience. Literally have been waiting for my benefits since May. Every time I call I constantly get the run around and no one can ever assist with my claim. The Deo employees are rude and don t mind hanging up on you, while also lying about supervisor call backs. The absolute worse customer service I ve ever had in my life!!
