People are NEVER on time. No call to say they will be late. Nothing. Some cant even give you a time they will be here. Just show up.
Some of us have other things to do during the day,places we have to be, babies that nap, dogs that have to be locked up while they are here. This is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.
