This review is specifically for their audiology services. Wait times for appointments are unacceptable for infants under 6 months given the importance of early access to sound for auditory development. Once you do get in unfortunately the staff is very unwilling to listen to parents concerns and communicate effectively with them. And their phone tree system is incredibly frustrating with long hold times and unhelpful staff once you finally do get to talk to someone. I brought up concerns about my son s hearing aid technology in July and now it is September and no progress has been made, and I can t even get his audiologist to respond to emails or voicemails.
