I've used Hideaway Rentals Property Mgt multiple times and I have to say, it's just average. The booking process is easy and the prices are reasonable, but the customer service could be improved. The staff is not always responsive and there have been instances where I've had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, it's an okay experience.
