I'm absolutely in love with Thames CrossFit Ltd! The workouts are intense and exhilarating, and the trainers are so knowledgeable and motivating. The community is like a big family, always supporting and encouraging each other. I've never felt stronger or healthier. Thames CrossFit Ltd is hands down the best gym I've ever been to!
