I would love to thank you for all your help. When I called you the other day in desperation on trying to get a written approval for my unit you were so helpful. You took the time to listen to my concerns, and informed me that French Quarters was not your development. Evelyn who was working with us last week is out this week. You Stepped in and real tried to take over where she left off. Evelyn was also was very helpful. You answered all my questions, and went about and beyond for us. A million thanks to you. I did get my approval today, and looking forward to completing are bathroom projects. I wish there were more people in the world that just stop to listen to a person. Even if you could not help me you did the best just listening to me and my concerns. You are a true assist to the company.
