My recent experience with Erb Ventures, INC was mediocre at best. Although their products are of decent quality, the customer service left much to be desired. It took forever to get a response, and even when I did, it wasn't helpful. The ordering process on their website, erbellis.com, was relatively smooth, but overall, I expected a better experience.
