due to circumstances (moving house) not receiving a letter
therefore collection agency and this was then paid Twice (2x)
for this already 20 mails written and called, sent proofs but you continue to deny this and refuse to pay back the second (double payment)
it is a real shame
That is really over. You can not call and have already done 20x via website and no response whatsoever
