Yoga Flow with Alison is amazing! 🧘‍♀️ The classes are always filled with positive energy and the instructors are incredibly passionate about teaching yoga. The variety of classes offered caters to all levels of experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners. I love the sense of community at Yoga Flow with Alison and the support from fellow yogis. The studio itself is clean and well-equipped. I cannot recommend Yoga Flow with Alison enough!
