I'm so glad I joined Team Intense Martial Arts, Inc. 😄 The instructors are fantastic and the classes are always exciting and engaging. They have a great mix of cardio, strength training, and technique practice. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I feel like a part of a supportive and motivating community here. Highly recommend!
