Room was great, bed very good, pillows a bit hard....

Room was great, bed very good, pillows a bit hard. Clean a 1+. What I did not like, no info for the area or suggestions for restaurants. What I found very cheeky when online reservation for PP with service was a surcharge of 20 euros confiscated, but there is no PP with monitoring but only PP without monitoring. Was not considered by the staff the criticism. Therefore only 3 stars
